Our apartments are new, spacious and bright, welcoming and with attention to details – making them perfect for families, athletes, groups of friends, and business travellers. Well designed and tastefully furnished, with high quality materials and finishes, they are equipped with every comfort and service. They all include a parking space in the private car park, independent heating, acoustic insulation, and pleasant outdoor spaces: either balconies or large equipped panoramic terraces, to enjoy magnificent views of the area.

We have thought of everything: all rooms are equipped with fresh bed linen and towels, with complimentary toiletries. All apartments have modern appliances, air conditioning, full equipment including crockery and pots, large tables for up to 10 people, satellite TV with digital decoder, and fast and free Wi-Fi connection (hot spot).
Many apartments also come with whirlpool, hammam-style sauna, and dishwasher. At our guests' disposal there is also a safe deposit for bikes and sports equipment, a communal washing machine, and a lift to reach the upper floors.

Villa Rosa is in an ideal position: all the main services are easy to reach on foot. Within walking distance you’ll find a supermarket and pharmacy, shops and bars, restaurants and pizzerias, the bus station and municipal swimming pool.
Our apartments are the ideal starting point for a whole range of mountain bike trips: the cycle path is right at our doorstep, making the lake and mountains directly accessible!
